Discover the Connection Between Gaga and the Brain
What happens to our brain when we are in a Gaga class? How can movement heal experiences of emotional disconnection? And what is the remarkable brain function that reconnects us to our body?
Between scientific research and the Gaga movement language—we will explore together how dance can become a tool for recovery, healing, and deeper connection to ourselves. We’ll understand why trauma disrupts our sense of connection to the body and how movement can reshape neural pathways and awaken the connection between awareness and the body.
The workshop is open to all, age 16 and up. No prior experience in dance or movement is required.
