By signing up for the challenge, you are automatically registered for all 14 Gaga Challenge classes. Your Zoom link will arrive by email one hour before each live class.
Shortly after class, you’ll also receive a recording, available for 24 hours, so you can participate even when you can’t make the live session.

Classes will range from approximately 30–45 minutes.
We’ll also have a few special moments and events throughout the Challenge, taking place during or immediately following class. We’ll share all the details with participants along the way.
Our platform pairs the magic of the live experience with the flexibility of on demand. Can’t join us live? You can view a recording within 24 hours of the class. You will be emailed a link to join the live stream, and after class, you will receive an email granting you access to the recording for 24 hours.

The Gaga Challenge will be taught by a specially selected group of Gaga teachers, chosen by Gaga’s artistic director for this 14-day journey.

Every class will explore a different term from Ohad Naharin’s ever-evolving Gaga dictionary, giving you the chance to experience these ideas through different bodies, voices, and approaches.
