We offer Gaga/metodika weekly on Thursdays at 6:00-6:45 pm TLV / 11:00-11:45 am NYC.
Registration is available through our Gaga Online platform. Classes are open to all. Drop-ins are welcome. We recommend participating in multiple sessions of Gaga/metodika to foster a wider, multilayered journey.
