- Gaga/seated classes, for those who find it challenging to exercise while standing (Wednesdays at 5pm TLV | 10am NYC)
- Gaga/metodika, for everyone seeking a dynamic exploration of Gaga’s essence (Mondays at 3pm TLV | 8am NYC and Thursdays at 6pm TLV | 11am NYC)
Our schedule allows you to join us for 20+ live-streamed classes each week – or view a recording within 24 hours of the class! Now you can Gaga 24 hours a day, from anywhere in the world.
Join Us
- Buy your pass. Either visit our Gaga Online Pricing page to make your purchase OR scroll down to our schedule below, and follow the steps after you click “Join Us” on the first class you wish to take.
- Choose your class. Book your classes on our schedule below with the Join Us button. Register at least 10 minutes before each class, whether you plan to join us live or view the video.
- Log in to class. Click the Zoom link in your e-mail to join. Links arrive ~30 minutes before class via [email protected], and our Zoom opens 10 minutes before class.
- Take class on your own time. Can’t join us when class is live-streamed? All registered users will receive a link to a video recording approximately 1 hour after class. The video is available for viewing for 24 hours from the time of the live class.

In financial need? We offer a limited number of scholarships lowering the cost of a 1-month unlimited pass to $30. Scholarship applications for April 2023 are closed, and more information about future scholarships will be coming soon.

Time Zone
All our class times in the schedule below are listed according to New York’s time zone (EDT). The Tel Aviv time is also noted in the title of each class. Please check the start time according to your time zone so that you can join us properly.
*Note: the 6:00pm class in New York will take place on the following day in much of the Eastern Hemisphere. If you want to take a class early Tuesday morning in Australia or east Asia, sign up for the Monday evening 6:00 pm class.
