Alejandra is a performer, choreographer, MFA in Dance and certified Gaga teacher since 2012.
Following a nine-year residence in Cologne, she now frequently travels to various cities in Germany, conducting
workshops. Currently based in Palma de Mallorca, spain.
Born in Asunción, Paraguay, Alejandra joined the National Ballet of Paraguay in 1999, performing nationally and internationally for nine years. In 2007, she created her first choreographic work for the company. Alejandra persistently engages in performances and choreography, showcasing her creations across the United States, Paraguay, Romania, Cuba, Iceland, and Germany.
Alejandra has received several awards, including the UNESCO Fellowship (2007), the FULBRIGHT Fellowship (2008-2011) and the Fellowship for Women Artists with Children (NRW, 2022). Moreover, she was recognized as one of twenty outstanding
women in Paraguay in 2010.
