During his tenure, he performed iconic works by artistic director Ohad Naharin and other renowned choreographers, including Sharon Eyal and Yasmeen Godder. Guy also served as Naharin’s assistant in the creation of major works such as Hora (2010), The Hole (2013), and Last Work (2015).
In 2013, after more than a decade at Batsheva, Guy transitioned to a freelance career, collaborating with choreographer Yaniv Abraham to create works such as Kuntz (2013), Vellum (2014), Kumzits (2017), Second Home (2017), Ambush (2018), It Will End in Tears (2019), Idit (2022), and Being Human Being (2023).
Guy returned to Batsheva during the ’21/’22 and ’22/’23 seasons to serve as rehearsal director, further strengthening his connection with the company. A dedicated Gaga teacher since 2002, he has led classes and workshops worldwide, sharing the essence of Naharin’s movement language.
Currently, Guy continues his career as a choreographer, dancer, and Gaga teacher, while staging works by Ohad Naharin for leading international companies. Driven by a passion for movement and connection, he remains dedicated to pushing the boundaries of contemporary dance through creation, teaching, and collaboration.
