Kornelia Maria Tamara Lech

Kornelia Maria Tamara Lech was born in 1991 in Poznań, Poland. She graduated from the National Ballet School in Poznań in 2010. From 2004-2010 she performed with the ballet company of Grand Theatre in Poznan. She was a finalist in the XVI National Dance Competition in Gdańsk, Poland in 2009 and in 2010 she participated in the III International Ballet Competition Golden Pointe Shoes in Szczecin, Poland. From 2010-2017 she danced with Polish Dance Theatre in Poznań under the Artistic Direction of Ewa Wycichowska (2010-2016) and Iwona Pasinska (2016-2017). During this time she worked with many international and Polish choreographers. She also worked with Yoshiko Waki, director of Bodytalk Company, from 2015-2017. She has participated in Annual International Contemporary Dance Workshops organized by Polish Dance Theatre, Gaga Intensive in Barcelona, Italy, Tel-Aviv, Moa in the Desert, and workshops in Limon technique taught by Ann Vachon, director of the Limon Institute in New York and Janet Pilla.

She danced with Batsheva – The Young Ensemble from 2017-2018, performing in works by Ohad Naharin and Roy Assaf. Kornelia became a certified Gaga teacher in 2018.
