She studied a BA in Fine Arts with a major in Dance, followed by a Dance Education degree at the University of Chile. During this time, she had the opportunity to travel and be part of workshops, summer schools, and exchange programs in Vienna, Wuppertal, London, The Hague, and New York.
After years of studying and dancing with independent dance companies in Chile, she moved to the UK, where she studied for an MA in Contemporary Dance at the London Contemporary Dance School. After her MA, she taught contemporary dance, ballet, and rhythmic gymnastics in the Warwickshire area, and performed with local artists from the West Midlands. Stephanie also taught contemporary dance classes for Birmingham Dance Network and DanceXchange Birmingham.
After 3 years living between Costa Rica and Israel, Stephanie is back in Chile, where, at the moment, she is teaching and producing as an independent dance artist.
Stephanie was certified as a Gaga teacher in 2021 after training on the Gaga Teacher Training Program under the artistic direction of Bosmat Nossan, Saar Harari, and Ohad Naharin.
