From 2016 to 2019, Chen was part of the Batsheva Ensemble. In 2019–2020, she danced with the SOL Dance Company and participated in additional projects. Between 2020 and 2023, she joined the Batsheva Dance Company.
Since leaving the company, Chen established a new dance collective called KICK Dance Crew. Today, she works as a freelance dancer, choreographer, and Gaga teacher.
“Gaga, for me, is the ultimate movement language. As a dancer, it allows me to explore and develop my body in various directions simultaneously. As a teacher, it’s the same, but from a different perspective – through the participants, who act as a kind of living mirror to what I do. That’s the beauty of this method – it’s not linear; it’s dynamic and random, just like life itself, which enables fascinating and endless exploration.”
